As a Key Account Manager OOH, you will be responsible for acquiring and developping Key Account customers in the OOH channels to achieve sales objectives. You will also lead the development and ensure implementation of the annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies.

A Day in the Life of a Key Account Manager OOH

  • Responsible for acquiring new customers in the OOH channels specifically for the chocolate category.

  • Ensure the development of the customer portfolio by introducing new concepts, enhancing visibility, implementing promotions, etc.

  • Provide full support in the development of Category Channel and Field Sales Plans (ICP).

  • Collaborate with other Customer Managers to share best practices and work closely with Marketing, CDT, Field Sales, and Supply Chain to drive customer-related initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with all company principles and policies.

What will make you successful

  • University degree or higher education degree.

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management in a similar role.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), particularly in acquiring new customers (hunting).

  • Familiar with all sales functions, including Customer, Key Account Management, Field Sales, Category Development Team (CDT), and Marketing.

  • Proven ability to quickly establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.

  • Exceeded expectations in delivering top and bottom line business results.

  • Knowledge of the chocolate category is a plus.

  • Fluent in German and French, with knowledge of English.
