Seguin (1-10/Hwy 46)

  • 1st shift - $16.00/hrly | 6am-430pm M-Th | 10 hour shift | Mandatory Overtime working 5-7 days a week 10-12 hour shifts

  • 2nd shift - $17.60/hrly | 430pm-3am M-Th | 10 hour shift | Mandatory Overtime working 5-7 days a week 10-12 hour shifts

  • 3rd shift - $17.60/hrly | 10pm-630am M-TH | 10 hour shift | Mandatory Overtime working 5-7 days a week 10-12 hour shifts

  • Training is for two weeks on designated shift except for 3rd shift (trains on 1st shift)

What is the job?

  • ◽Aligning and securing engine components as directed by work instructions

  • ◽Installing gaskets, seals, bearings, hoses, covers, and visual components

  • ◽Ensure that all parts and materials used in the assembly process are free from quality defects

  • ◽Assist other departments with problem or improvement ideas related to assembly

  • ◽Follow standard operating procedures

  • Work safely and maintain a clean work environment

What you bring to the job?

  • ◽Great attitude and ability to work in a team

  • ◽High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED)

  • ◽Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen

  • ◽Good communication skills and the ability to read, write, and count and distinguish.

  • ◽Ability to stand, stoop, squat, bend, and lift up to 50lbs in a 10 hr shift

  • ◽Must be 18 years or older

  • ◽Ability to work Mandatory Overtime (varies per department)
