Operations Analyst Pay from $67,000 to $100,000 per year Washington Branch 3131 Hogum Bay Road NE, Lacey, WA 98516 Are you skilled in research, reporting and making recommendations? Position Responsibilities Publish scheduled reporting on key metrics, providing feedback and data-based insights to drive business decisions. Analyze company-wide operations, including performance and productivity data, error rates and root causes. Create tools to better enable Uline's warehouse locations manage operations, including Power BI dashboards and real-time reporting. Identify trends, document findings and present insight / performance improvement recommendations to Uline's President and management. Collaborate with business units to gain in-depth understanding of processes, challenges and strategies to explain issues and recommend solutions. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. Experience in SQL and Power BI. Highly adept in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
