The Toxics Cleanup Program{rel="nofollow"} (TCP) within the Department of Ecology (Ecology) is looking to fill a *Forms and Records Analyst Supervisor *position. This position is located in our *Headquarters *in Lacey, WA.{rel="nofollow"} Upon hire, you must live within a commutable distance from the duty station.   Are you a master of organization, a champion of records management, and a steward of public trust? In this pivotal role, you will oversee the movement of information throughout the Toxics Cleanup Program, ensuring transparency and accountability while safeguarding the integrity of our records. You'll manage the processing of public disclosure requests, bridging the gap between the public and Ecology, administer day-to-day transactions of both paper and electronic records, upholding compliance with state public records laws and regulations, and organize and maintain files, implement retention schedules, and oversee the storage and destruction of inactive records.   You'll also supervise a team of Forms and Records Analysts, developing and implement strategies for records management, ensuring Ecology's records are accurate, authentic, and are ready for judicial review. Additionally, you'll provide expert advice and technical assistance in records management and planning to staff across the program.
