Durham Staffing, Inc is seeking a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our client's team in Lackawanna. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, production and shipping department. This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.Duties:- Light duty material conversion and adhesive application- Must be able to read a tape measure and understand measurements- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently- Load and Unload trucks. Must be able to lift 30 lbs alone and up to 75 lbs as a team lift.- Shipping of Internet orders as well as larger business to business production orders- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment- Follow all safety protocols and guidelinesExperience:To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center- Familiarity with LTL Shipping, as well as FedEx and UPS- Basic math skills for counting, sorting, and verifying stock- Must have workforce experience of 10+ years and a High School DiplomaIf you are a motivated individual with strong attention to detail, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, a multitasker and do well with time management, we would love to hear from you.
