Kuehne+Nagel Sea Logistics Sales Representative in Laem Chabang, Thailand

As a Sea Logistics Sales Representative at Kuehne+Nagel based in Laemchabang, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction. Your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, and understanding their specific logistics needs. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets and expand the sea logistics business. Staying informed about market trends and competitor activities will be essential to maintaining a competitive edge. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction. Your Role

You will focus on developing + diversifying business in line with financial + volume targets. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:

Your Responsibilities

  • To own, monitor + drive all sales activities for (i.e. prepare quotation) customers within your control, ensuringprospects are identified, qualified + nurtured through the sales pipeline so as to close profitable + sustainablecustomer deals.

  • To align your sales efforts with Customer Care Location (CCL) Managers, Pricing + Sea Logistics Business Development teams, including pricing decisions.

  • To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing + products.

  • To report customer feedback to the CCL team, supporting resolutions as required.

  • To align with CCL colleagues when onboarding new customers.

  • To maintain + update the most relevant customer information in internal systems.

  • To regularly review customer portfolios with the CCL Managers + team.

  • To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation through high levels of service quality inclose collaboration with the CCL.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as Field Sales, bringing in Sea Logistics business in freight forwarding environment

  • Self driven, motivated, hunting for new business

  • Able to communicate fluently in Thai and English
