Medtronic Customer Quality Project Coordinator in Lafayette, Colorado
In this exciting role as a Project Coordinator IV , you will be responsible for supporting a global team within the Customer Quality organization. The individual will provide primary support to 3 Directors and may flex based on business needs to supporting other diverse projects.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Meeting planning and coordination, including Webinars.
Travel and Expense Management
Provide administrative support for Directors including calendar, travel and document/presentation creation.
Coordinate administrative duties for the department including processing of HR changes, facilities coordination, ordering supplies as requested.
Interfaces with Human Resources in managing the process for hiring, on-boarding and off-boarding employees.
Upon request create purchase order requisitions for goods/services.
Manage cross-functional requests for system access to global complaint handling system. This includes submitting IT tickets and troubleshooting when tickets are rejected.
Maintain organization charts and distribution lists for 100+ team members
Coordinate team engagement activities such as volunteer events
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
HS diploma/GED required
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior Medtronic experience highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with web-based systems including SharePoint.
Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with collaboration software including Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Ability to set priorities and resolve issues independently, strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to relate to diverse communities and levels, strong customer service orientation.
Capable of working on multiple projects in a dynamic, deadline driven environment – demonstrated skill under pressure.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong energy, aptitude, and attitude for continuous improvement
Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
