Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Superintendent at Prodigy Development Group LLC located in Lafayette, CO. As a Field Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. You will manage and supervise finish carpentry teams, maintain quality control, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The Field Superintendent will also collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Field Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry In-depth knowledge of construction processes, specifically finish carpentry, materials, and safety regulations Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Proficiency in using ProCore construction management software High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Ability to travel to different project sites as needed
