General Non-Invasive Cardiologist – Denver and surrounding areas

About this role:
Intermountain Health's Denver Cardiology team is looking to fill several General Non-Invasive Cardiology positions in the Denver are in 2025. Our team consists of over 50 Cardiology Physicians and APPs across 4 hospitals.
High priority locations:
Good Samaritan Medical Center – Lafayette, CO
Platte Valley Medical Center – Brighton, CO
Lutheran Medical Center – Wheat Ridge, CO
Your hours will be Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
This position consists of mostly clinic hours with three ½ days of inpatient rounding and consults
Ability to read Nuc, Echo, and CCTA are necessary
Call is 1:18 for primary practice phone call at all 4 hospitals in the Denver area
How we'll support you:
Compensation : Our competitive compensation consists of a initial base salary of $450,000 plus a wRVU bonus incentive for the first two years. The standard salary in year three is $415,000 plus the wRVU bonus incentive. More details about this will be explained in your first recruiter interview. Additionally, there is up to a $50,000 annual quality bonus . We are also offering a $25,000 starting bonus . A relocation bonus is also available if applicable.

What you’ll bring:
We hire people, not words on paper. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
Residency trained and Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease
Will consider new fellows
Ability to perform TEEs and read Nuc, Echo, and CCTA imaging
Ability to read cardiac MRI is a plus

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
