Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Pay: $34 - $41 an hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a proficient Maintenance Technician to oversee production machinery and facility maintenance. This role involves addressing both mechanical and electrical issues, working with injection presses and vacuum injection machines, and troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic components. You will also be responsible for working with 3 phase motors, variable frequency drives, and conducting preventive maintenance in a high-volume, automated automotive supply facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair production machinery and facilities
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic components (valves, cylinders, plumbing)
Manage 3 phase motors and variable frequency drives
Perform preventive maintenance tasks
Operate and troubleshoot injection presses and vacuum injection machines
Utilize schematics for hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Adhere to lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
Required Skills:
Experience in a manufacturing facility
Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting
Expertise in troubleshooting and replacing 3 phase motors
Experience with variable frequency drives
Basic PLC knowledge (e.g., Mitsubishi, Omron)
Ability to use a volt meter for electrical troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with injection presses (plastics or rubber)
Robotics experience (e.g., Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Cepro, Toshiba)
Servo motor troubleshooting skills
HVAC experience

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00
