What you will do :
Facilitate Customers transactions
Ensure a pleasant trading experience
Provide support, guidance and feedback to customers
Engage clients, customers for end-to-end trade process
Complete customers trade/request in excellent time
Notify customer Relationship Executive on unsatisfied customers
Serve as an Ambassador to the Business.
What you should have:
A Tertiary Institution Degree with a minimum of Second Class Degree.
Professional English writing and speaking skills
Numerate
Must have completed NYSC
Previous Experience in FinTech will be an added advantage.
