Job Summary:
As an Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and optimize decision-making processes. You will play a key role in leveraging data to uncover insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Mid-Level Insights Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with IT and product/engineering teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for analytical purposes & often needs to be helpful in Completing Data Engineering Requirements.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their business processes, imperatives, constraints and priorities.
Design, develop and deploy data analytics solutions for company – Data visualization, Data Source & Data model designs.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders using automation.
Prepare relevant presentations, reports and analysis to provide foresight to local, regional and global management.
Provide BI expertise and ensure standard quality of BI outputs.
Manage providing system functionality, dashboards and other reporting deliverables from business requirements and to carry out both functional and account management duties.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and opportunities where data analysis can provide valuable insights and drive impactful outcomes.
Qualification :
Degree in Computer Science, Business Technology or equivalent.
Proven experience (3-4 years) in analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles managing key stakeholders and leadership expectations.
Experience in working with Datalake, managing data flows that integrate information from various sources into a common pool implementing data pipelines based on the ETL model.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or similar.
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
