Association of Property Owners of the Hideout, Inc. Line Cook in Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania
Primary Purpose: Assist the Lead Chef in all BOH duties to ensure that all food prepared meet the standards of excellence.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Sign off on prep & cleaning Lists
Perform additional duties as required
EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- +BOH experience in a similar restaurant.
- Culinary degree recommended.
- Maintain current ServSafe Certification
- Must possess a basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
- Must possess the ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and properly.
- Must possess the ability to work closely with standard recipes and plate presentation in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends & holidays.
- General knowledge of both FOH & BOH policies and procedures
