The Client Service Associate Lead leads the daily activities of client service associates (tellers) at our Lake Arrowhead, CA branch . Essential Functions:
Leads the daily activities of client service associates.
Coaches and counsels branch staff to improve customer service, sales and operational skills by providing on-the-job training.
Helps develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals.
Ensures the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.
Maintains advanced knowledge of branch operations.
May supervise branch activities in the absence of, or in conjunction with branch management team.
Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking.
May be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, other related experience, or successful completion of company approved training.
Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
Working knowledge of math.
Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.
