Position: Vice President of Finance Location: Lake Elmo, MN Job Id: 589 # of Openings: 1 Pathway Health is hiring an experienced Vice President of Finance! The Vice President of Finance you will have a seat at the table to help drive business strategy while overseeing the day-to-day function of the accounting, billing, accounts payable, payroll and banking. You will provide financial expertise and insight to the leadership team and Board of Directors by preparing the annual budget, forecasting, performing Ad-hoc financial analysis and general financial oversite. Wage: $150-$180K DOQ plus benefits Your qualifications should include: BA/BS from an accredited university/college; CPA preferred. 10+ years in progressive financial positions, preferably in long term care. Solid and progressive leadership background. Financial reporting and modeling experience. Proven record of exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage and interact with all other departments throughout the organization. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel report building and other accounting software and ERP implementation.
