Our client in Telecom Industry is seeking an Admin Clerk- Payroll Tax to join their team. In this role, you will ensure the accurate and timely submissions of all State and Local Tax registrations for our regulated and non-regulated companies. Your work will have a direct impact on our reported financial results and ensure compliance with internal controls and external legislation. Job Title: Admin Clerk- Payroll Tax
Hybrid role, 2-3 days onsite/week in Mary FL 32746
12 Months contract to hire
Pay- $19-$22/hr on W2
Must have Payroll Tax Experience.
You'll need to have:
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience with multi-state and local taxes.
• Experience working with state and local jurisdictions for tax account updates.
• Knowledgeable navigating 3rd party tax applications, i.e. ADP.
• Experience with HRMS and Payroll processing responsibilities and system applications-
PeopleSoft and/or Workday preferred.
• Intermediate Excel.
