Description:
Responsibilities:
Providing proactive year round tax planning
Perform technical reviews of tax returns of varying types and complexities
Manage client relationships, including assessing client needs and developing strategies/solutions to provide clients with the highest level of service
When needed, prepare complex business, fiduciary and individual tax returns
Provide mentorship to other tax staff; assist in the growth, development and training of the team
Business development
After going direct:
Bonuses every July based on BOTH individual and company performance, Can range from $2k- $10k
Annual Raises every year ( beginning of every year) - This varies completely based on individual and company performance
-Will pay/reimburse employees for the CPA exam (if passed) and will help them reactive an expired CPA. They will also pay for studying material.
-Amazing company culture - huge emphasis on work life balance
-Hybrid Schedule - Completely flexible. Some people rarely come into the office. They must be in the geographical area just in case the occasionally must be in the office.
-Lots of room for growth/career advance
-Only 200hrs of OT required a year (much lower than public accounting norm) - This is ONLY during tax season, they team never works OT outside of Tax Season
