NDI Engineering Program Analyst/Administration Support in Lakehurst, New Jersey

NDI Engineering Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant with program analyst/administrative experience, preferably with DOD contracting financial reporting, or other accounting/financial management experience. This position will work alongside NAVAIR management. Roles & Responsibilities:-Provide administration services to support the Ford Class Launch & Recovery Division programs.-Review documents for formatting/clerical errors and upload into central repository.-Perform division funding analysis and execution reports and provide monthly feedback to Branch Heads.-Update division organization chart monthly and track new hire onboarding.-Manage division asset inventory.-Manage building floor seating plan and office areas (inventory, supplies, procurement etc.).-Track engineering metrics provided by the division staff.-Track CSS contracting actions and work with Branch Heads to draft document for processing.Qualification:-Experience working with senior staff and managers with minimum guidance.-Well versed in Microsoft products, eg, MS Teams, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.-Self-starter.Must be a United States Citizen and eligible to obtain a US Department of Defense Security Clearance.
