Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Clerk Location: Lakeland, FL Pay: $14.00/hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintaining and updating inventory
- Processing, verifying, updating and monitoring status of ongoing shipments
- Communicating with drivers for faster delivery
- Checking and labeling shipping containers and ensuring all shipments are packed and shipped
- Verifying pallets and case counts before the drivers leave the facility
- Breaking and repalletizing pallets
- Using pallet jack or hand jack
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Basic understanding of supply chain management
- Basic math skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
