Description: The Data Intelligence Product Manager at ImageTrend, this position will play a key role in advancing our vision for data to benefit our customers and contribute to improving national outcomes. The focus will be to enhance our existing reporting, dashboarding, and data warehouse products while collaborating with Engineering to design and build next-generation data architecture and products. Additionally, this role will work with our Research team to drive insights and support community thought leadership. Ideal candidates will balance a business mindset with technical expertise and have experience in modern data architecture transformation. Product Managers at ImageTrend are responsible for understanding their markets and customers and aligning the team to consistently improve the user experience and drive key growth metrics. They are highly analytical and empathetic, able to combine both concrete and subjective data to move the product forward every day. What You'll Do: * Lead and shape the long-term data intelligence product vision and translate that vision into tangible, actionable plans * Define, build, and optimize reporting and data products to enhance our Intelligence capabilities * Design and refine Intelligence and reporting products and packages, including building business or financial models to demonstrate ROI * Implement best practices for data management, security, and compliance in collaboration with the engineering team and other cross-functional stakeholders * Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution and launch including communicating to senior executives and customers * Engage with customers through various channels, acting as their advocate internally * Empower internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, Support, Education) to communicate the product's value and provide excellent customer experiences * Contribute to the continuous improvement and scaling of Product Management best practices at ImageTrend * Support a team of world-class engineers, product owners and designers throughout product lifecycle * Act as a mentor and resource to other Product team members * Travel to orientation, industry or company events, and other onsite meetings as required * Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned Requirements:* Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably at a SaaS organization * Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience, MBA preferred * Experience defining roadmaps and product initiatives in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably with a strong background in business intelligence, data projects and architecture * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices * Exceptional time and project management and organizational skills * Strong executive communication, interpersonal and presentation skills * Demonstrated ability to build quantitative business cases and financial models * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment * Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information * Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowled e or skills * Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation * Ability to travel as required, up to 10% Benefits and Growth: * Outstanding compensation package * Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance * 401(k) matching * Paid Time Off * In office and remote work environments available * Perks in the office such as snacks, tap beer, and ping-pong * The ability to do meaningful, challenging work on a fun and collaborative team For applicants that reside in the following states, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents, please contact careers@imagetrend.com for salary range information.
