Looking for a talented Software Engineer for a contract manufacturer who specializes in high-volume Roll-To-Roll SMT-Flex, RFID, LED, Medical, and Automotive flexible circuit assemblies. Responsibilities: Maintain and develop in-house database and its connections to production floor machines and REST API ERP system. Developing and improving new processes on our robotic lines using the following languages: VB.Net, Pac Script (Denso Robots), ACSPL+(ACS Motion Control), Orion2, WinForms. Process Control/ Implementation/Improvement. Designing/managing/querying MySQL Database. Keeping programming documentation up to date. Creating work instructions for manufacturing employees. Investigating production problems. Making improvements to current operations to enhance efficiency. Maintaining statistical records and process control databases. Follow Quality Management System policies and procedures. Qualifications: B.S. Electrical Engineering / Data Science or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years of related experience is preferred. C, C#, Visual Basic .Net Framework programming expertise. Motion Control and Machine vision (Cognex) experience. Familiarity with the contract manufacturing environment. Proficient with Database MySQL, SQL, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
