[[MANUAL LABOR. General cleaning and maintenance of all areas including (but not limited to) common areas - restrooms, break room areas, kitchen equipment, etc. Applicant must be able to keep all areas sanitized, clean, and safe.

• Candidate needs to be attentive to details and conscientious about their quality of work.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• General knowledge and practice of OSHA and safety compliance.
• Knowledge and experience in using cleaning chemical and supplies.

• Previous experience, preferably in the aerospace/aviation industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English helpful.

[**[ADDITIONAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY TO PERFORM DUTIES: [This is a hands-on position that may require standing for more than 4 hours a day and working directly with hardware on the floor. Applicants must be able to lift at least up to 35 lbs unassisted, be comfortable stooping, bending, standing, climbing ladders, or working in tight spaces; be willing to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
