DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Final Parts Mounting Operator- 3rd shift to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Immediate Action : Stop work and report major injury hazards.
Reporting : Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard.

Environmental Impact : Minimize negative environmental impacts.

Standard Work : Follow standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.
Issue Raising : Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
Inspections : Perform quality inspections and control non-conforming material.

Equipment Operation : Operate manual and automated equipment to meet customer expectations.
Production Goals : Achieve production goals and maintain cycle time or engineering standards.
Work Area Maintenance : Keep work area clean and perform routine housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
Flexibility : Perform miscellaneous duties as needed to meet production goals.
Collaboration : Work with peers and support staff to maintain and repair equipment.
Teamwork
Communication : Communicate effectively with the team and support teams.
Training & Development : Complete training and personal development as required.

Experience:
Minimal or no work experience required.
QUALIFICATIONS
730pm - 530am (end time varies)
Must be able to use a respirator and pass an exam for this as the position may require the individual to work in a paint booth.

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The
final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s
qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
