Where you shine The Senior Operations Manager provides support necessary for client teams and fellow employees to report and successfully track and complete internal and client deliverables. They also provide a deep level of analysis, which enables client teams to make more educated decisions. What your success will look like Generate job numbers and grant appropriate access within SAP Create SAP and status reports Support ongoing RAFT maintenance Consolidate and streamline repeatable tasks to develop process efficiencies Continuously develop expertise in all internal systems Break down complex sets of data into relevant insights for client teams Other responsibilities as assigned Who you are and what you bring Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience 2-4 years relevant experience in advertising or marketing Advanced understanding of internal systems and Business Intelligence Software. i.e Tableau, Power BI Strong negotiation and conflict management skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to show flexibility, willing to work beyond regular business hours, a creative/quick thinker Accountable with a strong business acumen Must be flexible to travel to events whenever necessary Software/Program Knowledge: Microsoft Office/Excel Powerpoint VML is an equal opportunity employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability, or other protected group status. The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
