St. Clare Hospital is seeking a passionate and dedicated Student Radiologic Technologist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of radiologic technology while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the Role:
As a Student Radiologic Technologist, you will:
Assist Radiologic Technologists in performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs.
Prepare patients for examinations, explaining procedures and answering questions.
Position patients and operate imaging equipment according to established protocols.
Ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout the examination process.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
