POSITION: Asphalt Laborer
DUTIES: * Prepare the job site: This may include cleaning and preparing areas of the job site, digging trenches, or removing hazardous materials. * Set up equipment: This may include preparing tools and materials for skilled workers. * Perform manual labor: This may include digging, raking, shoveling, sweeping, compacting materials, and running wheelbarrows. * Assist paving crews: This may include leveling and adjusting surface irregularities, restoring surface finish, spreading asphalt to proper grade and finish before compaction, and matching and finishing freshly made asphalt joints evenly. * Clean up: This may include cleaning up equipment or facilities.
REQUIREMENTS: * Must be able to tolerate working in the heat and extreme temperatures.

WAGE: $30.00 an hour
SHIFTS: Daytime
