Job Title: Benefit Operations Supervisor

Location: Thailand

Job Summary:

The Benefit Operations Supervisor is a critical member of the PEX team responsible for supporting the administration and coordination of employee benefit programs within the organization. This role ensures that employees receive accurate and timely information, assistance, and support regarding their benefits, and plays a key role in benefit program communication, data management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

  • Provide guidance on available benefit options and support during open enrollment periods.

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit-related forms and documents.

  • Maintain and update employee benefit records and databases.

  • Verify the accuracy of employee data, deductions, and contributions related to benefits.

  • Generate reports and analytics to monitor benefit program utilization.

  • Collaborate with external benefit providers and vendors to resolve employee issues or discrepancies.

  • Assist with the coordination of wellness programs, seminars, and other benefit-related initiatives.

  • Support the development and implementation of new benefit programs or enhancements to existing ones.

  • Address employee concerns and questions related to benefits in a professional and empathetic manner.

  • Provide guidance on claim procedures, appeals, and benefit plan details.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Previous 2-3 years of experience in benefits administration or HR support is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

  • Knowledge of HRIS and benefit administration systems.

  • Familiarity with benefits-related laws and regulations.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
