Estimating Coordinator -- Part Time -- Lancaster, PA
We are seeking a part-time customer-service oriented Estimating Coordinator to prepare quotes and proposals for our manufacturing clients.
The Estimating Coordinator will perform the following duties:
- Offer excellent customer service to our manufacturing clients by reviewing over order specifications, analyzing information, reviewing over blueprints, identifying cost information and evaluating designs
- Evaluate labor and materials to complete quotes
- Follow up on client quotes and determine the next steps in the process
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that appropriate status updates are given to our clients
- Perform math calculations
- Maintain client files in the computer system
The Estimating Coordinator must meet the following requirements:
- 2+ years of quoting / estimating experience or similar experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Customer service skills
- Ability to type
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Pay rate: $18 -- $19.50/hour, depending upon experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Day Shift, 20 hours per week
