LG Health Physicians Family Medicine Manheim is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team of eight family medicine practitioners. Manheim Family Medicine currently has two offices that serve our patient population. This position is for an APP to work primarily in our main office that provides comprehensive, quality care for patients of all ages – from newborns to geriatrics. We also have an additional satellite office located in the Pleasant View retirement community where we serve the residents as well as patients from the community. Manheim Family Medicine has been a trusted healthcare partner with the local community for decades, and has been located in its current location for 10 years that offers Family Medicine, Laboratory Services, Behavioral Health and Physical Therapy on site. The provider team emphasizes wellness and prevention, helps patients manage chronic conditions, provides timely care in the event of an illness or injury, and brings direct access to the most advanced treatment options.

Family Medicine Manheim is a model of care that strengthens the physician-patient relationship through accessibility, excellent communication, and utilizing the latest information technology such as virtual care services and e-consults. Our team-based care approach ensures patients receive the highest standard of care with direct access to services to promptly meet each patient’s needs.

Full-time position service hours (35 patient contact hours/week) including up to four weekdays of 7:30 am - 5pm, with 1 evening per week until 8pm. Saturday, Holiday and On Call coverage by rotation.

Job Requirements

Nurse Practitioner

• Valid Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner license and Certificate of Prescriptive Authority in Pennsylvania

• Valid Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse

• Certification by ANCC or other qualifying agency in area of specialty required (FNP required)

• Minimum one-year experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred

Physician Assistant

• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant by PA Board of Medicine

• Graduate of Accredited Physician Assistant training program

• Minimum one-year experience as a Physician Assistant is preferred
