Job Title: Production Associate - Assembly Line

Job Description

We have an opening for a dedicated Production Associate to join our assembly line team. In this role, you will be responsible for several tasks in the creation of cord sets with a plug. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: cutting wires to the specified length (using a tape measure), staging cords on a tow line for the rest of the process, stripping insulation from the tip of the wire using a variety of tools, and crimping on copper or other types of connectors. Additionally, the role may involve placing ends of wire into a jig to then insert in a molding machine to install the plug on the end of the wire.

This is a fully on-site position in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

The position will be based in one of our five assembly/production lines. You will be handling a variety of materials, including spools of wire, large bags of plastic pellets, and other components on skids and in boxes.
