OVERVIEW:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing purchasing and logistic services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. Additionally, this position will
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:
Picks-up product by monitoring production; loading and moving product.
Stores product by designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to production and shipping requirements; updating location database.
Prepares product for shipment by verifying location; directing movement to staging area; resolving problems.
Managing and tracking of NCR material with suppliers including export and import.
Manage importing and exporting shipment custom clearance and coordinate importing freight management.
Verifies product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports, adjusting entries.
Create and keep track of all needed purchase orders.
Requisition, Purchase Order and Invoice matching ensuring that Client’s purchasing and supply protocols are kept.
Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases.
Monitors inventory by completing counts as required.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Maintain records/record systems using Client’s RS Maintenance Management System
Provide administrative support to ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
Other duties as required and assigned.
TRAINING/EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Diploma / GED, 2–4-year equivalent experience preferred
Experienced in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, is a must

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work in a workshop, high pressure environment
Must be self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills essential for day-to-day operations
Must meet commitments and track daily tasks
Ability to work effectively within a team is a must
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Understanding oral and written Spanish highly desirable
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
Shall report all injuries/illnesses to their supervisor that occur at work, the day of the incident
Shall report any unsafe conditions that are identified in their respective work area to their supervisor
Shall comply with all Client's USA safety policies, procedures, and requirements that are communicated to them, including Job Safety Analysis (JSA) procedures
Shall wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that is communicated and supplied to them
Shall keep their respective work area clean and orderly at all times
Shall attend all Client's USA required training as soon as possible before the start of their assigned work
·Shall NOT operate any Client's USA equipment (forklifts, cranes, scissor lifts) until certified to do so
