CLEAR Employer Services Client HR Specialist - PEO - Hybrid in Langhorne, Pennsylvania

CLEAR Employer Services, a PEO and payroll service bureau, has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time HR Specialist at our corporate headquarters in Langhorne, PA. CLEAR seeks an experienced multi-jurisdictional HR Specialist to perform client HR service in its fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be the designated HR point of contact for our clients and their HR support needs while supporting multiple, simultaneous team projects and be tasked with continual problem/solution identification. The HR Specialist communicates with and provides support to a portfolio of client accounts.  Currently, our team is working on a hybrid/remote basis and this is subject to change in the future.  Preference will be given to candidates located in a geographic area to travel to the office 1-2 days per week or as needed.

Ensures overall client satisfaction with products and services. Maintains ongoing relationships with client contacts and acts as the primary point of contact for HR service. Works collaboratively with internal partners to ensure quality customer service and support.

  • Provides excellent client service experience to clients of Clear Employer Services.

  • Services clients both remotely and in person providing consultative guidance to ensure appropriate resolution of client issues.

  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills to manage and track multiple clients and juggle multiple priorities.

  • Possesses an understanding of multi-state complexities and the coordination of Federal and State regulations.

  • Partners with the Client HR Service team to share knowledge, provide excellent service to clients and their worksite employees, and remain current in knowledge of ever-changing HR regulations and best practices.

  • Possesses strong knowledge of HRIS systems, with experience in applicant tracking systems, electronic onboarding, e-Verify, benefits enrollment configuration, and time and attendance tracking applications.

  • Partners and collaborates with internal departments/subject matter experts in delivering actionable responses or plans to clients' concerns.

  • Serves as HR subject matter expert in areas of regulatory compliance, including FMLA, ADA, OSHA, ACA, and other applicable federal and state regulations.

  • Develops and creates client Employee Handbooks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

  • Provides consultative guidance and advice to clients in the areas of Performance Management, Recruiting and Retention Strategies, Compensation, Performance Development, Employee Engagement, and Culture Enhancement.

  •  Conduct open enrollment meetings for PEO clients, advising on benefit plan selection and contribution strategies. Communicates and interprets HR policies and procedures while providing remedies for any employee relations issue that may arise.

  • Seeks appropriate guidance and support from HR coach as applicable. Provides turnover analysis, and action planning and offers unemployment escalation assistance.

  • Maintains an awareness of HR trends and conducts training based on available resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field

  • HR Certification Preferred

  • PEO Experience Preferred

  • Fluency in HR systems - preferably PRISMHR and/or iSolved

  • Experience with project management tools a plus

  • Experience with Google and Microsoft Office Products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, customer service, or relationship/client management environment with proven ability to produce results assisting clients to grow product offerings and reduce attrition in assigned portfolios.

  • Knowledge of human resources, benefits, and payroll, and additional experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
