Greene Tweed Finance Manager, Operations & Analysis in Lansdale, Pennsylvania

Essential Duties/Responsibilities :

  • Manages the Manufacturing Analyst community, drives standardization across the function to ensure consolidation is facilitated

  • Liaises directly with VP Operations to provide consolidated results & alignment on the financials, both monthly & impact from IBP

  • Business Partner supporting the assigned area of responsibility to provide & interpret financial information, offering insight & recommendations across all business activities to drive improved performance

  • Facilitate & oversee the development of the Operations forecasts & budgets, including Manufacturing Rates with Capacity impacts, using them as a tool to drive robust financial challenge & accountability of the performance against objectives

  • Evaluate, assess & advise upon the financial viability of investments & allocation of resources, for both new & ongoing ventures

  • Promote Finance/ Business Acumen to improve the businesses understanding of financial information to ensure that all business decisions are grounded in sound financial analysis

  • Be an advocate to the use of business analytics, including the development of reporting to assist the organization

  • Collaborate with the wider Finance community, both Controlling (US & Regions) & Business Analyst team

  • Hold the organization accountable to global Finance policies, being the Finance governance within the business

  • Involvement in various projects both specific to the business area & wider organization to drive improvements processes or implement new

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent regional certification (CPA, CMA or CGMA)

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a Cost Accounting or Manufacturing Financial Analysis Role

  • Minimum 3+ years direct people management

  • Strong demonstratable business acumen & ability to interpret financial reports to the business, drive appropriate actions, as well as ability towork with the business on complex problem-solving

  • Interpersonal skills, relationship builder & team player

  • SAP experience essential

  • Experience with Data Analytics tools & solutions

  • High proficiency Microsoft Excel required
