Duties...

  • Coordinate and manage staffing needs for the organization- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies
    • Conduct reference checks and background screenings- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions- Assist with employee evaluation processes and performance management activities- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Interview caregivers to match with clients based on personality, skill, client's scheduling needs and caregivers' availability.
  • Manage caregivers' tasks.
  • Work closely with our clients to schedule caregivers for home care and problems solve issues that arise.
  • Consistently organize caregiver and clients issues. i.e. time off requests, questions, changes in schedule and/or availability, concerns.
  • Manage caregivers' time, monitor care logs, and update client and caregiver records. Be able to fill in some shifts if we can't find temporary staffing.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate with caregivers, clients, case managers, and office staff.
  • Perform in-home assessment visits and calls as required.
  • Complete incident reporting as necessary.- Conduct reference checks and background screenings- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions- Assist with employee evaluation processes and performance management activities- Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
```{=html} ``` - - Minimum is High school diploma or GED - At least 1 year of relevant and related work experience - At least 1 year experience working in Home care - Excellent phone skills - Excellent interpersonal skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to effectively communicate with clients, caregivers, office, case managers. - Fast paced - Self-directing and very independent with the ability to work with little direct supervision - knowledge of computers - Very comfortable with technology applications including personnel recruiting systems, staffing and scheduling systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Very organized and detailed. - Reliable car, valid State driver's license and car insurance - Background check will be required - Proven experience in staffing coordination or a similar role- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to effectively use social media platforms for recruitment purposes- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping- Ability to conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties and experience.
