The CAES-Mission Systems Human Resources team is at the heart of this vision as we engage with our innovators who design, engineer, manufacture and deliver complex technology solutions.  Continuous improvement is expected and encouraged.  All ideas are welcome because we understand diversity of thought is how we succeed.  Currently we seek a Strategic HR Business Partner to work from our Lansdale PA business unit headquarters in a full-time, onsite capacity.  The role is responsible to focus on the talent landscape of the Engineering and Business Development/Sales organizations across five sites - MA; two in PA; two in NJ.  Notably, these two functions are at the front end of our business, directly effecting sizeable growth.  Your impact on this outcome will be instrumental. Within an assigned client group, you are a Talent Athlete; Risk Mitigator; and Change Manager by: Directing all Talent Management components to ensure the development, engagement and satisfaction of our valued workforce.  Focus areas:  Talent Reviews; Performance Management; Goal Setting; Career Development & Mobility; Succession and Knowledge Transfer Planning; Salary Analysis; Promotion Readiness. Driving attraction and retention with front line leaders and management, up to the senior most level of leadership. Partnering on top talent acquisition, pipelining for the future, and onboarding.  Generally, affect all areas of employee, and candidate, experience and excellence. Fostering a positive work culture through strong two-way communications within your client group at every level.  Through your personal visibility and availability, you are committed to influence productivity and retention. Consulting with employees and managers to address root causes of constraints and working actively to influence and resolve using a systematic approach, thereby mitigating risk and supporting organization goals.  Responsiveness, follow-through, and finishing are key. Critical to this model is the ability to support senior management in implementing solutions by providing data-based, insightful, objective, well-informed perspectives.  Being assertive without being antagonistic is a strength. There is a human element with being immersed in the activity of your assigned client organization so that a true connection emerges.  You share in their celebrations.  Their challenges become your own. The successful HRBP will be a continuous improvement champion and change agent across their area of responsibility, including advancing HR's operating model through bettering its own processes. Qualifications

Minimum Q alifications: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or affiliated course of study and minimum eight years' experience as a forward-facing HR Business Partner to an assigned client group, or; Master's Degree and minimum five years' experience, strongly preferred Preferred Qualifications: Experience in manufacturing, technology, or aerospace and defense. Prior work in a government contracting environment strongly preferred Strong relationship management capabilities with sound business acumen Deep knowledge in applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies High degree of problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of influencing organizational decisions Clear, concise and persuasive written and oral presentation skills. Relatable to all levels of employees Ability to operate independently, collaborate as an effective team member, and be proactive to resolving workplace issues, Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Flexibility and adaptability to your own changing priorities and assignments Fully computer literate including MicroSoft Office suite at the Intermediate level Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Society of Human Resource Management Certification Program (SHRM-CP) Working knowledge of HR Systems (preferred:  Oracle, iCIMS) Salary Range: $103,218 - 154,828 annually.  Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
