The Opportunity

As the Treasury Operations Analyst II you are responsible for supporting Treasury and associated business partners throughout the organization. The Treasury Operations Analyst II is responsible for routine activities, within aligned function, using existing procedures and policy. The Analyst performs day to day structured work assignments requiring only moderate instruction and guidance from more senior level roles.

The Work Itself

  • Process User Provisioning Requests for Correspondent Banking and Treasury Applications.
  • Process Funds Transfer Authority (FTA) Limit requests.
  • Perform analytical reviews to ensure data integrity, record retention and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Work with Business Partners to ensure Correspondent Banking and Treasury Application User Groups contain the appropriate system entitlements.
  • Maintain User, User Group and other Administrative settings in Correspondent Banking and Treasury Applications.
  • Perform Monthly User List (MUL) reporting and Quarterly End User Access Campaign (EAC) for all Correspondent Bank and other applications as needed.
  • Assist in testing and deployment of changes to Correspondent Bank and other applications as needed.
  • Applies relevant regulations, policies and procedures to business issues and day to day responsibilities.

The Skills You Bring

  • 1+ years experience in the financial industry, Treasury or Banking experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics preferred.
  • Building solid technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and leadership capabilities.
  • Developing project management, analytical and judgment skills.
  • Developing ability to influence others and build consensus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively Increasing ability to work with limited supervision while applying previous experience to execute moderately complex tasks.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using standard procedures.
  • Increased technical skill using models and other forecasting tools.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and high degree of self-motivation.
  • Comfortable interacting with other personnel in group or support staff from other departments; may interact with other internal and external personnel (i.e., external auditors, regulators) on specific projects or routine matters, usually under supervision.
  • Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
  • Basic PowerBI (Running Reports)

Base Pay Range:

Emerging: 55000

Experienced: 67500

Expert: 80000

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan
