Centene Corporation Business Resilience System Product Owner in Lansing, Michigan

Position Purpose: Responsible for the strategic direction, development, and implementation of Centene's resilience planning system, encompassing Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, Third-party Risk Management, Facilities and Security programs.
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Centene’s resilience planning system of record in alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements to ensure the product roadmap reflects business needs and industry trends.
Lead the development and implementation of resilience solutions, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to release.
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of product features and enhancements.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders and address any issues or concerns.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
Monitor and analyze product performance. Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
5+ years product ownership, product management, project management or business analysis experience required.
Knowledge of Information Technology required: Strong understanding of specified resilience systems, including, but not limited to: Resilience Platforms (e.g., Fusion Risk Management), CMDB (e.g., ServiceNow), GRC (e.g., Archer), ENS & Threat Intelligence (e.g., AlertMedia) experience preferred.
Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach experience preferred.
Pay Range: $84,300.00 - $151,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
