JLL Control Systems Technician in Lansing, Michigan

What this job involves - The Technical Services Representative will be have a primary role of supporting the Inventory management program (asset refurbishment, breakdown, inventory and salvage) collectively within a 24x7 supermarket/logistics environment providing operations and maintenance services to controls, focusing on equipment troubleshooting and maintaining equipment such as scanners, cameras, printers,, scales, networks, complex computer repairs, restaging computers, replacing drives in servers, UPS equipment, IBM servers, battery packs, power modules and general maintenance including but not limited to meat saws, meat grinders, chicken rotisserie, deli slicers, and cardboard balers.

What is your day to day? Support the Inventory Management Program direction related to asset refurbishment, breakdown, inventory, and salvage. Primary location located at DF971 in Lansing MI. Some travel may be required. Maintain systems, including PLC/PC controllers and networks such as Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, motor control systems, servo drives, frequency drives, and electrical distribution systems. Monitor metrics and partner with facilities/operations for system performance issues. Communicate technical issues to Facilities and Operations management.

Desired experience and technical skills Required: UST Class B Certification Ability to identify, maintain and troubleshoot PLC's and PLC component Ability to identify and maintain food service equipment

Salary Range: $28.98 - $42.38/hr DOE
