Ramada Hotel Night Auditor in Lansing, Michigan
We are on the CATA bus route!
The Lansing Ramada Hotel and Conference Center is looking to fill a Night Audit position immediately. This position is full time, aproximently 30-40 hours a week. This position is 10PM-8AM; 7 days on 7 days off rotation. Must be available to work evenings, nights and weekends, flexibility is important. Must have:
- Excellent customer service
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Great verbal/written communication skills
- Multi-line phone experience is a plus
- Hotel front desk experience desired but not required
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Greet, welcome, and register guests upon arrival
- Cash handling
- Making reservations on the phone and in person
- Solving guest issues
- Balancing nightly reports
- Closing business for day/Starting new business day
