Second Shift, Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Job Description
Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems.
Handle facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and contracted maintenance.
Clean, inspect, calibrate, and replace parts as needed to maintain HVAC systems and equipment at optimal performance levels.
Record readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper equipment operation.
Comply with safety and departmental policies regarding hazardous materials storage, usage, and disposal.
Conduct periodic checks on tool and instrument inventory.
Monitor the quality and pricing of maintenance work performed by outside contractors.
Maintain good housekeeping and safety in work areas, recognizing and proposing methods to eliminate safety hazards.
REQUIRED
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
10+ years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot various Commercial or Industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
EPA Universal Certification.
