Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be the cornerstone in the delivery of Contractor Services. This role demands a highly communicative and organized individual capable of managing intricate support requests and ensuring the delivery of superior support services. This position is full-time, hybrid, and a long-term contract.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the principal point of contact for Contractor Services, overseeing all facets of support request receipt and processing
Uphold responsibility and accountability for the timely and successful delivery of all project outcomes
Lead and facilitate strategic leadership discussions and operational working sessions to propel project objectives
Command and guide project teams, ensuring adherence to work streams, quality benchmarks, financial guidelines, and project standards
Guarantee that the project's solutions are in strict alignment with the overarching business objectives, functional necessities, and technical specifications
Foster and maintain a robust client relationship, acting as the project's diplomatic liaison
Assign and delegate essential tasks and areas of responsibility to team leads or selected project team members to oversee crucial project components such as risk assessment, quality control, communication, and change management
What You’ll Need
At least 5 years of direct project management experience, managing projects of comparable size, scope, and complexity to this role
A consistent history of successful meeting facilitation with clients and key stakeholders
Exceptional communication and organizational capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams towards the efficient and precise delivery of services
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is essential
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Scrum Master Certification is a must
Physical Demands:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
