Description
This employee provides application development/integration services to the Company. They will be responsible for the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of the agency applications. Project assignments and activity will be executed within the framework of the companys Engineering Methodology. These assignments will provide for the development, testing and deployment of application releases, updates and modifications within a client/server and web server environment.
This position is responsible for providing an advanced technical lead support role for Dynamics 365/Dynamics CRM systems supporting different Departments. They will have a primary supporting role with a few groups. As the system architect/lead, they will both perform and lead the team with project tasks, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.

Key Technical Skills:
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service, specifically case management
• Knowledge of Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages.
• Experience in software development lifecycle for Dynamics 365 and power platform implementations
• Agile Implementation Experience and Experience working with Azure DevOps Backlogs.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00
