Bingo Supervisor Arizona Charlie’s Boulder (Las Vegas, NV)
Description:
Summary:
Responsible for assisting with the day to day operation and direct supervision of assigned activities within the Bingo department. Oversee overall department and/or shift(s) as assigned. Ensure daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations. Appropriately respond to and manage any escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or employee challenges.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Assist with training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining, and/or scheduling department staff, as assigned
Run closing, summary, session, and 24-hour activity reports
Enter game payouts and void payout receipts as they occur
Count and sign off on the main bank
Post new ace ball amounts and advance the system to the next session
Monitor sidework and ensure completion
Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees
Perform duties of Bingo Attendant as necessary
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications
1 year of previous supervisory experience, preferably within a Bingo department
Previous cash handling experience
Ability to effectively communicate and lead in small groups, as well as on an individual-basis
Basic computer knowledge
Knowledge of Title 31 preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
Verify right to work in the United States

Occasionally bend, reach, twist, and sit
Frequently stand and communicate via radio and paging system
