Description:

The Technical Associate-5 has an Associates degree in Architecture/Engineering or they have a minimum of 3+ years professional experience in the preparation of construction contract documents. A Technical Associate-5 is the highest level of a CAD operator with the client, a fully experienced CAD operator who can perform any assignment quickly and accurately. The Technical Associate-5 position is a position created to facilitate exposure and training in executing the duties of a Project Coordinator. The position provides a natural path for someone to advance into a Project Coordinator position. However, this is not intended to be a required evaluation of the position, if the individual does not desire to be a Project Coordinator.
