Description:
Summary:
Provide front counter service to customers. Prepare requested drinks, work with the fellow team members to ensure orders are properly prepared in a timely manner, and efficiently manage the point of sale system.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Required to prepare all cooked items along with all other menu items
Responsible for ringing alcoholic beverages as required for guest service
Responsible for maintaining stock on the line and restocking the line (complete the proper requisitions). Keep ice bins full
Responsible for filling all order from customers
Must be able to work at a steady pace to keep line flowing at a constant pace
Responsible for cleanliness of line. Clears, cleans, resets and maintains designated areas during shift including counters, standing counters, and condiments stands as needed
Capable of handling large amounts of money as needed
Follows order of supervisor at all times
Must have a knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and prices
Have a thorough knowledge of the sequence of service and follow it at all times
Perform necessary side work
Serves all food and beverages with proper garnishes
Prepare all menu items to specifications
Slices cold meats, hot meats and cheese utilizing slicing machine; must meet age requirement of 21 years or older to use the slicing machine
Handle cash and make change accurately
Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete
Must provide courteous and friendly service to all customers and staff
Maintain a safe and sanitary work place
Performs related work as requested
Requirements:
Qualifications
Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred
6 months of previous experience working in high volume, fast-paced food and beverage environment preferred
Ability to perform basic math
Prior experience with POS systems preferred
Previous experience working in a team or group environment
Able to effectively communication in English, both written and verbal
Basic computer skills preferred
Must be 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements
Frequently push and/or pull up to 35 lbs.
Frequently lift and/or carry up to 35 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and/or chest levels
Frequently bend, reach, twist, squat, kneel, walk, distinguish between shades of color, and communicate via radio
