Corporate Account Manager
Job Description:
As our Corporate Account Manager, you will have the exciting role of managing our customers for life and providing high-value customer care. Every day, you will maximize revenue by selling add-on modules and executing renewals for Sage Intacct’s loyal customer base. To thrive in this role, you must value being a critical team member in the continuing growth of Sage Intacct - the market leader in On-Demand Financial Management solutions.
This is a hybrid role in the office twice a week in Atlanta, Austin, Beaverton, or San Jose.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer Renewals, emphasizing maximizing revenues based on expected targets.
• Understand Sage Intacct’s solution offerings and professional services offerings, be able to articulate their features and benefits using value-based selling methodology, and provide appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current products and pricing appropriate to closing sales.
• Perform routine Health Checks to track and manage the health of each customer.
• Marshal internal resources, such as Customer Account Executives, Client Services, Engineering, Technical Support, Finance, and business partner consultants, to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that map the customer’s needs.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of business experience.
• Preferred: 3+ years experience selling technology solutions, application software, or other financial, business, CRM, or ERP solutions.
• Strong sales acumen and consultative skills to conduct thorough discovery calls and translate them into qualified opportunities that result in a high closure rate.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, that will enable remote sale of products and services, as well as internal information-sharing.
• Organizational skills and computer competency that will facilitate customer and business tracking, follow-up, and team coverage.
