Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a structured training program for the Front Desk department

  • Oversee the front desk operations and back office staff across 4 clinic sites & ASC throughout a designated region in Metro Atlanta

  • Responsible for leading and managing front desk staff

  • Work with physicians and administration to ensure clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and effective operational workflows.

  • Coordinate with 3rd party services to ensure continued company operations

  • Act as a bridge between leadership and staff, inspiring enhanced performance through dynamic training programs and meaningful performance evaluations that empower employees to thrive.

  • Support project initiatives from senior leadership and clinic operation teams

  • Create and manage staff schedules

  • Review and report financial data
