Job Title: Project CoordinatorJob Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to provide essential support ensuring efficient operation of the office. This role involves assisting Project Managers with project coordination and tracking, setting up clients in the internal system, and handling invoices and invoice processing. The position also includes a mix of regular AEC Project Administration as well as invoicing, payroll, accounting, and standard office management responsibilities such as answering phones, directing calls, welcoming visitors, managing deliveries, and uploading project material information.
Hard Skills
2+ years in AEC Project Admin / Project Coordination
Experience with invoicing, billing, project tracking, and other standard project admin/coordination responsibilities
Vantage Deltek experience
Billing experience
Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Work Environment
The role is based in a typical CMT office setting in Lawrenceville with a team composed of 6 staff professionals and over 6 technicians. This is a full-time position with regular office hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, requiring in-office presence.
