Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full-time position in our Housekeeping department for a Housekeeping Manager. Housekeeping Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Trains and supervises personnel and organizes work assignments to ensure that the facility is cleaned and sanitized to expected standards.
Evaluates products used to ensure compliance with infection prevention requirements.
Inventory management of cleaning products and linen.
Cleans and sanitizes facility as part of the team, and performs quality checks on work performed by the department.
Requirements:
3-5 years housekeeping experience required.
Previous management experience preferred.
Iowa Mandatory Reporter training is required as an employee.
Monday through Friday days, with some evening and weekend involvement.
