Our client is seeking qualified candidates for immediate openings for CNC Mill/Lathe Machinists. If you are a diligent machinist with several years of experience and the desire to work in a non-production engineer-to-order company, this could be the right opportunity for you!

As a CNC Machinist, you will perform machining and in-process inspections as outlined by shop paperwork, process documentation, engineering drawings, and quality requirements. You will also identify cost reduction and productivity improvement opportunities when applicable.

Location: Lebanon, OH

Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $20-30 per hour

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday thru Friday

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday thru Friday

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in the setup, operation, and care of machinery.

• Conduct First Article Inspections and adhere to dimensions and tolerances found on blueprints.

• Utilize your own tools and knowledge of inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, fixed gauges, etc.).

• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

• Perform standard and periodic maintenance on equipment.

• Follow all safety procedures.

• Mazak Lathe – QTN-100, QTN-250, QTN-350, QTN-450 (Controls: 640T Nexus, Matrix 2, Smooth EZ)

• Doosan V420T Lathe (Fanuc 18T)

• Haas VF-1, VF-3

• Hurco VMX24i, VMX42i, VMX50i

• Toyoda FA800 HMC (Fanuc 16i M)

• Toyoda FV1565 (Fanuc Oi MD)

• Feeler VB-1650 (Fanuc Oi MD)

• Leblond Makino KE55 – Professional JN

• ProtoTRAK / Bridgeport

Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of of CNC Experinece

• Must have own tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, parallels, etc.).

• Experience with part and tool setups
